Labour councillor for Belvedere
Active on State
Council: Bexley
Term started: 7 May 2026
I was first elected to Belvedere in a by-election in October 2024. Having lived in Bexley my entire life, I stood on a platform of holding the council to account in bringing social and affordable housing to Belvedere, and lobbying to get Thameslink to stop here. My biggest achievement to date is securing two CCTV cameras for the ward, up from zero. These will help tackle fly-tipping and anti-social behaviour. I have been an effective scrutineer in the chamber, holding the administration to account over their growth strategy and forensically analysing planning applications. My current priority is trying to get the PSPO back on Picardy Street and tackling fly tipping on unadopted roads.
