Katie Mansfield

Liberal Democrats councillor for St Margarets & North Twickenham

Council: Richmond upon Thames

Term started: 7 May 2026

Liberal Democrats

Bracknell deserves better. For years, the Conservatives have prioritised their interests over those of ordinary people. The Liberal Democrats offer an alternative plan to tackle the cost-of-living crisis, NHS waiting lists, climate emergency and sewage in our rivers. My diverse experiences, from growing up in Ireland to working as an aid worker in Rwanda, then balancing a corporate career with raising 3 children, have shaped my understanding of our daily struggles and fuelled my determination to find real solutions. For 6 years, as a local councillor, I've worked tirelessly to challenge Thames Water, revitalise town centres, and fight violence against women and girls. I am ready to take that work ethic and experience to be a voice that will stand up for Bracknell. If you have any questions for me, please e-mail katie.mansfield@bracknellBibDems.org.uk
