Green Party

Green Party Councillor Green Group Leader and Executive Member on Burnley Borough Council. Elected in 2021, I am a wheelchair user with progressive Ataxia and I lived in the Trinity area for around 25 years before having to move into an accessible bungalow, so I understand the difficulties residents face in their lives. From the age of 16, on and off, I was involved in volunteering in the Community, until 2012. Starting as a volunteer at a Community Centre, and eventually helping to run a local Charity and Community Association. Fairness, honesty and equality are my guiding principles, and I try to do my best for all residents of Trinity Ward (and Burnley as a whole), regardless of their position or beliefs.
