Sean Dillow
Conservative councillor for Kempshott & Buckskin
Active on State
Council: Basingstoke and Deane
Term ends: 6 May 2027
I’m a resident and neighbour in Kempshott and Buckskin, and I’ve lived and worked in Basingstoke for nearly 40 years. As a former local newspaper Picture Editor and now a photographer and business owner, I’ve always believed in listening to people and getting involved in the community. As a borough councillor, I’ve campaigned successfully for the return of free short-stay parking in the town centre, stood alongside residents to protect Down Grange Park, and continued to push for Local Nature Reserve status for Old Down Woodland Park. I’ve also worked with residents affected by regeneration proposals and on local issues including roads, parking and community facilities. I’m committed to bringing people together, listening to their concerns and turning them into practical action.
