I’m Thomas Rowe, Conservative Councillor for Rural North, representing the villages of Boxted, Dedham, Fordham, Great Horkesley, Great Tey, Langham, Wakes Colne and Wormingford. I believe in practical, common sense local government that puts residents first, spends taxpayers’ money responsibly and protects the character of our rural communities. I campaign for infrastructure before development, better roads and public services, stronger local accountability and a council that listens to the people it serves. I am always happy to hear from residents and will work hard to raise your concerns and stand up for our villages.
