Tree preservation orders needed for leisure park
A proposed development at a leisure park plans to remove 78 trees including seven outstanding specimens. Campaigners are seeking tree preservation orders to protect the trees and requesting council action.
Change the law for planning permission on protected properties that burn down
In instances where Grade 1 and 2 listed buildings catch fire, planning permission for any future development should be denied for a period of 25 years, the building rebuilt by the owners to original state and if they cannot rebuild, the land should be reverted to public green space.

We want the government to amend its Planning & Infrastructure Bill to: 1. Ban wind farms on peatland in the National Site Network and SSSIs in England, and 2. Require the restoration to good conservation status of peatland’s interlinked mosaic of habitats, including irreplaceable blanket bog.

The tree is so big now it’s becoming dangerous, we have branches and debris falling into our garden daily and with small children it really needs attention. The seeds are blocking guttering causing flooding at the properties all below it on Wilton Avenue. We have lived here over 6 years and it has become too much now and needs to be resolved
