“Birmingham is at a crossroads after 14 years of Labour misrule which resulted in huge council tax rises, devastation of public services and finally - bankruptcy. Only the Local Conservatives have the experienced leadership to start to put things right on Day One after the election and have a costed and detailed six point plan to put the city back on the right road. This plan includes fixing the roads quickly to prevent more expensive repairs later, ending the bin strike and continuing weekly collections, protecting the city’s green spaces, cleaning up the streets and dealing with badly run HMOs and balancing the budget. Only voting for the Conservatives can guarantee that we will not be landed with another desolate 4 years of Labour control.”
