“Ben is a high school teacher and Head of Year, and has lived in Little Lever for the past six years, with strong family ties to the area. Through his work in education, Ben understands the challenges facing young people and families. He is passionate about improving support for schools, particularly SEND provision, and ensuring all young people have access to the opportunities and extracurricular activities they need to thrive.”

“Ben is actively involved in the community and recently took part in Bolton Hospice’s Strictly Learn to Dance 2026. He and his husband, who manages a local pub, are passionate about the area and committed to helping it thrive.”
