Count Binface Party candidate for Clacton
Clacton by-election
Polling day 13 August 2026
I’m an intergalactic space warrior and leader of the Recyclons from planet Sigma IX. I campaign under the slogan “Make Your Vote Count” — because democracy is worth celebrating, even when you’re 5,900 years old and wearing a bin. I’m standing for the Count Binface Party in the Clacton parliamentary by-election on 13 August 2026, after Nigel Farage resigned his seat. Labour, the Conservatives, Liberal Democrats, Greens and Restore Britain have all declined to contest it, so I shall be a unity candidate. I pledge to build at least one affordable house. My main appeal? I’m not Nigel Farage. I first arrived on Earth in 2017 as Lord Buckethead, then — after an unfortunate battle on the planet Copyright — respawned in my true form as Count Binface. I’ve taken on Boris Johnson and Rishi Sunak, twice stood for Mayor of London (2021 and 2024), and most recently scored 95 votes in the June 2026 Makerfield by-election. My manifesto themes over the years have included abolishing the House of Lords, scrapping VAR, banning noisy cinema snacks, affordable croissants, the return of Ceefax, lasers, Lovejoy, and defending the wonders of British democracy.
