“Like you, I recently received my latest Council Tax bill. Unsurprisingly, it had gone up by just shy of 5%, climbing to over £1,500 a year for a property like mine. Like you, I want our contributions to Lambeth’s finances to provide our area with effective services. In spite of another heavy tax increase, we all know the services on which we all rely will not get better. Instead, under Labour control, Lambeth will continue to deliver poor services. We deserve better.”
