Frances Margaret Conn
Liberal Democrats candidate for Sanderstead
Unlike all three "Local" Conservative candidates, Frances actually lives in the ward. Frances Conn has lived in Coulsdon for many years and runs a highly successful accountancy practice from her home. She has stood for election to the council on previous occasions as she is passionate about keeping our town from becoming over-developed and spoilt by developers. Frances volunteers with the Motor Neurone Disease Association, providing support for patients who need someone to empathise with them. In her spare time she enjoys the company of local Ramblers’ groups, taking time to appreciate our beautiful area.
