In Paul's own words

Paul has been a private renter here in Herne Hill for ten years, and works at the Southbank Centre alongside being an actor, tour guide and holding trade union roles.

Paul said; “I’m standing because I love our area, and Labour aren’t listening to what we need. If you elect me, I’ll make sure green spaces such as Brockwell Park are protected, Carnegie Library is defended and residents voices are heard at the council. Labour isn’t listening to you, but I will.”

Whatever the results of this election, Lambeth Council will be run by Labour. We need strong, independent voices like Paul Valentine to hold them to account. We don’t need another Labour councillor who’ll vote how they’re told.
