Holly Whitbread

I am proud to have represented Epping on Epping Forest District Council for more than a decade and previously served Epping and Theydon Bois as a County Councillor. Epping is my home, and I am committed to standing up for the interests of local residents, including protecting the character of our area and safeguarding our precious Green Belt. I have served as the District Council's Cabinet Member for Finance and Economic Development, presenting two budgets that received unanimous full Council support. Throughout this time, I worked to keep council tax as low as possible while delivering value for money and protecting both essential and enhanced local services. As Cabinet Member for Housing and Community, I led the Council's housebuilding programme, delivering new affordable homes for Epping Forest residents.
