Riza Polat

“Riza was born in Istanbul, Türkiye, in 1965. He went on to graduate with a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, beginning his career with Turkish Telecom PLC. After moving to the UK in 1994, Riza continued to build on his expertise by gaining further qualifications in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, including ONC and HNC certifications. Over the years, he has worked with a range of leading lighting control companies, including Philips, Cooper, Eaton, Prolojik, and Leax, developing extensive experience within the industry. He currently works as an R&D Manager at TheisCraft Ltd, a company specialising in energy-saving and intelligent lighting control systems. Riza has lived in Feltham for over 30 years with his partner, Frances, and remains closely connected to the local community.”
