Spencer Landeg is a lifelong Church End, Finchley resident educated locally and trained through a Ministry of Defence apprenticeship at Mill Hill Barracks. He later founded a small business in Finchley, becoming Vice Chair of the local Chamber of Commerce, and served many years in the Army Reserve, including full-time service in Barnet. With deep local knowledge, Spencer believes Barnet can deliver better services, tackle crime and antisocial behaviour, cut waste, and give real value for money to residents and businesses.
