“DAVID HERRIDGE is seeking re-election as a local Councillor having represented Leesland on Gosport Council since 2018. Born in Stubbington he has lived in the Gosport area all his life. After doing an engineering apprenticeship at British Rail he currently works at Pall Corporation in Portsmouth. David is a keen sports fan and supporter of Gosport Borough FC. He enjoys live music and real ales in local pubs. As a Councillor he led the community campaign to stop over-development of the former ‘Buildbase’ site in Whitworth Road and remains committed to protecting local sites from insensitive over-development.”
