Amy Croft
Labour councillor for Chiswick Riverside
Active on State
Council: Hounslow
Term ends: 2 May 2030
I have represented the beautiful ward of Chiswick Riverside since becoming the first Labour councillor in Chiswick in a number of decades in May 2022. Over my time thus far on the Council I have held a number of positions including Chair of the Licensing and General Purposes Committee, Cabinet Assistant for Health, Mayor and I am now Cabinet Member for Infrastructure, Enforcement and Recycling (or as my friends say, roads, fines and bins!), I also oversee all of our regulatory services such as trading standards and animal control. I believe deeply in politics as a positive mechanism to bring communities together, and I work hard to ensure that the Council works with residents to provide the best service possible. I am a trustee of Chiswick House and Gardens, Chiswick Pier Trust and Hounslow Youth Counselling Service and President of the Chiswick Horticultural Society. I hold a monthly surgery at the St Michael's Centre, Elmwood Road on the first Saturday of the month from 10:30am-12pm, but am happy to meet residents outside of these times, so please just drop me a line if you would like to speak with me.
