In Daviyani's own words

Davi has lived in West Hampstead for 39 years. She is a council tenant and is particularly interested in housing issues and in adult education for those suffering from mental ill-health.

Davi is an active member of the local community. She is a supporter of the Kilburn Older Voices Exchange (KOVE) and developed a colouring workshop for the over 50s which KOVE supported.

In 2017 Davi won an award for services to the voluntary sector for her work at the Sidings Community Centre. She is a Volunteer Support Worker at Sidings where she helps the over 50s to learn and improve their computing skills. She is currently developing a workshop for the HUB in Swiss Cottage which is a Mental Health and Wellbeing Centre.
