Amanda Kate Carman Pollard
Labour candidate for Rye & Winchelsea
I’m Amanda, an NHS whistleblower and an award-winning healthcare campaigner. For most of my career I worked in the NHS and Sussex Ambulance service. I’ve seen the challenges our public services face firsthand. Every day we see Conservative-run East Sussex County Council work against our community, and not for us. I am determined to make this election about the priorities of local people here in Ashdown and Conquest. I will hold the council to account for the Queensway Gateway fiasco, fight for better bus services, and work to restore local playgrounds for our children. Alongside our Labour MP Helena Dollimore, I am ready to stand up for our community.
