In Leo's own words

am a young Reform UK activist for Mill Hill. I wasn’t part of the system that allowed wasteful spending to become normal, and I think too many of the real issues people deal with every day have been ignored for too long.

People are paying high council tax, yet still dealing with basic problems like potholes that don’t get fixed, concerns about local crime, and services that don’t feel good enough for what they cost. It often feels like residents are being asked to pay more while getting less in return.

I believe local politics should focus on the issues people actually notice day to day, not just what’s coming out of council offices. Residents deserve councillors who are visible, accountable, and focused on everyday problems, rather than getting lost in bureaucracy or distracted by things that don’t make a real difference.
