In Benita's own words

I am a personal & career development coach as well as a Qualified Teacher, motivational speaker, the founder and CEO of Harvest Recruitment Group and Harvest Touch Youth & skills community Hub based in Rochdale Manchester United Kingdom. as well as an immigration consultant. and a mother of two beautiful girls. I am passionate about helping people unlock their full potential, both personally and professionally.

I am young dynamic and full of ideas, which is the direct opposite of this tired run-down council. Over the years, I have had the privilege of guiding individuals through career transitions, building their confidence, and helping them achieve success in the workplace.

Recently, I launched my book, Yes! I Got the Job, which is a practical and empowering guide for anyone navigating the challenges of the job market, from interviews to landing their dream role.
