I am standing to represent Friern Barnet ward because I believe local people should have a real voice in the decisions that shape their community. I was born in Barnet and have lived in Friern Barnet for over 15 years. I am a secondary school teacher. I have experience advocating for my fellow workers and the wider school community as a trade union representative. As your councillor, I would bring that experience to support residents, work to protect our green spaces, and fight to make Barnet a fairer borough for all.
