In Michael's own words

Michael is a local Morley resident and works in central Leeds. As a project manager Michael has worked to deliver many large construction projects. He was previously a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy and served in vessels stationed in the Middle East. He joined the Liberal Democrats after the 2017 general election, campaigning for a fairer and more liberal Britain.

In this election, Michael is standing to provide a real alternative for Morley. The Conservatives let us down in government for years. Labour run Leeds Council is charging more and more in council tax but just isn't delivering. Michael is committed to working for Morley and dealing with the issues that matter to people here. Residents have been saying they want action to fix pot holes, improve bus services and make our streets clean and tidy again. Working with Liberal Democrat colleagues on the council Michael would push for additional PCSOs to help deal with crime and anti-social behaviour on Queen Street.

By voting for Michael and the Liberal Democrats you would be sending a message to those who have let us down and also getting a strong local voice on the council at the same time.
