“Our Labour priorities for Crome”
“1. We will work with colleagues across Norwich City Council to support low-income and no income people who have kept our country running while many of us were in lockdown or isolating at home.”
“2. We will take action to improve air quality both inside and outside our schools, working with local schools to educate children and parents about what they can do to help. We will continue to protect and cultivate our open, green spaces.”
“3. We will fight to improve outcomes for young children and young people”
“4. We will continue work with the safer neighbourhood police team and other agencies to combat anti-social behaviour and County Lines drug dealing, aim to secure more CCTV, and work with Norwich City Council to tackle the causes of crime. We will work to improve the lives of vulnerable women via community safety structures across the city and county.”
“5. We are pleased for the community that our campaign for a 20-mph speed in 5 roads including Wolfe Road is successful, following Norfolk County Council’s response to our question to them that it is appropriate - and our fight for further speed limits in residential areas will continue.”
