In Emily's own words

Emily Kerr (she/her) has lived in St. Mary’s for more than 10 years and was first elected a Green Party Councillor in 2022. She was previously a governor of SSMJ school in the ward, and is also a County Councillor as well as the Active Travel Champion for Oxfordshire County Council.

Emily is a Swedish/English dual national with extensive European business experience, having led eBay’s fashion & home division, consulted for a number of leading companies, and run her own start-up. She is particularly passionate about supporting local businesses and community initiatives, improving buses and making streets safer for walking and cycling.
