Lois Muddiman (she/her) has lived in Osney and St Thomas for over 30 years and was elected as its first Green Party City Councillor in 2022. She was Chair of West Oxford Community Association for ten years and co-founder of Low Carbon West Oxford, Hogacre Common and West Oxford Community Renewables. She has previously worked in education and community development and is now a practicing artist. As a City Councillor, Lois is Deputy Leader of the Oxford Green Group, Chair of the General Purpose Licensing Committee and works hard to support local residents.
