Robert 'Bob' Howes is a lifelong Southend resident. As well as being a committed Liberal Democrat, and previously Liberal for many years, he is an active member of the Southend & District Pensioners Campaign. Away from politics he is a big fan of playing and listening to classical music and jazz and is a keen tennis player.
