Dear Resident, You will shortly be casting your vote for the Local Southend-on-Sea City Council elections taking place on 7th May 2026. I am standing to deliver real results for Blenheim Park Ward — focused on the everyday issues that matter most to you and your family. My approach is simple: listen to residents, take action, and hold the Council to account. Whether it’s safer streets, reliable services, or protecting opportunities for local families, I am committed to being a strong, active voice for our community. For months, I have been working across the ward to tackle local concerns — from potholes, pavements, parking and verge maintenance to resolving waste collection issues with SUEZ. I continue to report fly-tipping and graffiti to keep our area clean, and have raised concerns about speeding and dangerous parking with local police. I’m a local resident and a software engineer who leads a team, and in my spare time I enjoy art, reading, walks by the sea, and volunteering in our community — from litter picks along Prittle Brook Greenway to supporting events like the Leigh Regatta and Poppy Appeal. At the Council, I have been challenging the Labour administration on its budget, which relies on reserves without a clear long-term plan. Residents deserve better value and more efficient services. I remain active locally through street surgeries, walkabouts, and community litter picks, including our upcoming Blenheim Park clean-up. If elected, I will continue working hard for our community.
