Stephen has lived in St Neots East for 12 years and has served the town as a Town, County and District Councillor. He was twice elected Mayor of St Neots and currently serves as a Cabinet member on Huntingdonshire District Council. Stephen leads the Council’s work on housing, benefits, anti-social behaviour prevention and licensing. His role focuses on protecting vulnerable residents, supporting families, and keeping communities safe.
