I want to make sure that resident’s voices are heard and that local people are the ones shaping their area. I’m keen to support people practically, as in my day job I am a mental health therapist and often it’s the situational factors (eg. housing, finances, work etc…) that have the biggest impact on people’s wellbeing.

The responsibility of a councillor is to represent the people within a ward by making decisions on local services and other local issues.
