Andrew Hobart
Conservative candidate for Pembury & Capel
I am a recently retired NHS Consultant who has lived in Tunbridge Wells for ten years. After a career serving the public as a doctor, I now have the time to work for you as your representative on Tunbridge Wells Council. I will bring my experience from over 40 years as a doctor working with people from all backgrounds to represent you and take up your concerns. I will ensure that council policies support all residents but especially those who need the services most. I have managed budgets in the face of severe financial constraints and will ensure that your council tax is spent wisely. I will oppose the current anti-car policies, keep car parking charges down, so that our local businesses can attract more trade and allow free parking at our parks.
