In Kirsten's own words

Kirsten is originally from Malta but emigrated to London in 2007 and has been living in Merton since 2016. She is a registered Architect specialising in Inclusive Design and is passionate about building an accessible, inclusive and sustainable environment for the benefit of everyone.

Kirsten led our local campaign for step free access at Haydons Road Station and will continue putting pressure on the developer, Merton Council, Govia Thameslink & Network Rail until the Westbound platform is made accessible.

If elected Kirsten will use her professional knowledge to ensure that the Council meet the needs of our diverse community, especially those of disabled people, older people and families with children, whether that is in housing, recreational facilities or mobility needs.
