In Sarah's own words

Sarah has lived in Wimbledon for over 20 years, bringing up and educating her two children (now young adults) here. As a perinatal teacher and counsellor, she has supported hundreds of local new families and wants to continue to improve the lives of everyone who lives or works in Hillside. She has been working towards improving the basic issues that affect local residents, such as ending the overflowing bins, repairing damaged railings and benches, reducing air pollution and speeding near local schools and on busy roads and preventing heavy vehicles from using residential roads. She is also keen on increasing the amount of electric charging available for people who want to move to electric cars but don’t have off street parking and encouraging safe and considerate parking of hired e-bikes. She has been supporting local Lib Dem campaigns to get step free access installed at Raynes Park station and to prevent the closure of the counter at Wimbledon Police Station. Sarah would pursue a cleaner, greener and fairer Hillside for everyone.
