Gary Roylance

Gary is a proud Mossley resident with deep family roots in the area spanning generations. A devoted family man and recent grandfather, Gary is firmly invested in the direction and the future of Mossley. Educated at Audenshaw High School and a proud supporter of Mossley FC, Gary combines strong local ties with over 20 years’ experience as a Regional Contracts Manager and Estimator in the insurance sector. His background brings practical, real-world understanding of planning, development, and delivering projects on-time and under budget. Gary will use that experience to push back against overdevelopment, protect Mossley’s green spaces, and fight to ensure that planning decisions reflect the needs of people of Mossley. Gary has also given over 40 years to local brass bands, including 25 years as a Band Secretary and as a judge for the British Youth Band Association, alongside serving as a Church of England Church Warden. As a branch, we are proud to support Gary as our candidate. He will be a committed, principled voice and a strong advocate for the town and the people of Mossley inside Tameside Council.
