In Elizabeth's own words

Elizabeth Fraser has lived on Cressingham Gardens Estate since 2003. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in animation and illustration in 2025 and works as a creative arts technician at a college.

Lambeth Council has been planning to demolish the 306 homes on her estate for nearly 15 years, which has caused immense grief and uncertainty. Elizabeth’s introduction to activism was at 13-years-old when she first spoke at Lambeth Town Hall against the demolition proposal. Since then, she has seen and experienced the instability caused by Lambeth Council’s attempts at social cleansing in her community and other estates in Lambeth, and has been spreading awareness of this issue using her social media platform.
