In Florence's own words

I am honoured to be standing as the Green Party candidate for Central Greenford ward. I have always been passionate about a political system that works for everyone, and have consistently spoken out against discrimination throughout my life and work. Through my day job, where I champion diversity and inclusion, and my role as a volunteer paramedic, I have always strived to promote kindness and care in everything I do. I joined the Green Party in 2023, after being inspired by their commitment to social justice and meaningful environmental change.

Having lived in West London my whole life, I understand how important our local community is and the role it plays in people’s everyday lives. If elected, I would work to ensure that everyone in our community is supported and protected – from the most vulnerable to those whose voices too often go unheard.

I would champion the rights of immigrants – who are such a vital part of our communities – fight to protect and expand our green spaces, and advocate for affordable, safe housing. I would also support the campaign to save Ealing Hospital, and work closely with residents to ensure their voices are heard and reflected in local decision-making.
