In Haitham's own words

I have lived on the same road in Central Greenford, since 1982. My family and I are part of this community, and I am standing as an **independent candidate** to give residents a genuine local voice — one that works for people, not for a political party.

I attended **Ealing College Upper School** in West Ealing and completed my **BSc, MPH, and PhD** while living at home in Central Greenford. Professionally, I am an **independent research scientist**, **founding chairman of the *Association of Islamic Charitable Projects (UK)*** and **founding editor of the *Annals of Al‑Quds Medicine***. I am a governor at a secondary school in Harrow. My work has always focused on evidence‑based decision‑making, fairness, and public service.

I will push for **better local services**, **fairness in housing and planning**, and **transparent council decisions**. I have already worked to improve **road safety on Oldfield Lane North**, surveying the area with a road‑safety expert and calling for a zebra crossing near the Clare Road roundabout — a campaign I intend to pursue personally.

As an independent councillor, I will **listen, act, and stand up for Central Greenford residents every time**.
