In Ashlee's own words

I care about Lakenham and it's residents. I didn’t grow up in Lakenham, but I grew up in a Council house, and I live in one today. I know what it’s like to rely on the system to work, and I know the frustration when it doesn't. I have a deep rooted passion to make sure we live in the best social housing that we possibly can.

For too long, Lakenham has been represented by people who don't see what we see every day.

I’m running for everyone who feels disenfranchised by the Labour Party and is tired of being treated like a statistic.

1. **Practical Politics** : I believe in common-sense solutions that make our lives easier—better maintenance, warmer homes, and cleaner streets.

2.**Working for You**: I’m ready to put the hard graft in. You deserve a councillor who is visible, reachable, and understands the value of a pound.

3.**A Green Future for All**: Going Green shouldn't be a luxury for the wealthy. It should mean lower bills and better living standards for everyone in our community.

Lakenham doesn't need more empty promises. It needs a councillor who knows the reality of life in social housing and is willing to work for it.
