David Roscoe

Labour councillor for Blundellsands

Council: Sefton

Term started: 7 May 2026

Labour

I've lived in Waterloo and Crosby for 34 years, raised my family here, and spent the last 15 years campaigning to make our area a better place. I’ve proudly supported the work of Christine and Diane in Blundellsands, Brighton-le-Sands and Crosby — and I’m now standing to represent our community on Sefton Council. I grew up in a Labour and trade union household, where I learned the importance of fairness, opportunity, and standing up for others. I’ve seen the damage done to our area by years of Conservative cuts, but also the strength of Labour values in action — especially through our local Labour council doing its best to protect vital services. I’d be honoured to represent Blundellsands — and to be a strong local voice for our community.
